BOTANICAL ARCHITECTURE

Tropical Tree Canopy & True Seed Architecture

Anacardium occidentale is a magnificent tropical evergreen tree producing fragrant flower panicles that mature into a double fruit structure: an edible fleshy false fruit known as the cashew apple, beneath which dangles the true botanical fruit—a kidney-shaped drupe containing the prized cashew nut in its rigid shell. Beneath the tough, leathery outer shell lies a honeycomb matrix filled with caustic Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CNSL), safely protecting the nutrient-rich, buttery kernel within. Sourced from southern Chad border corridors and benchmark West African groves, our raw cashew nuts deliver superior kernel outturn ratios (KOR) and large nut sizing.
